📄 Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

🕒 Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders are sent to production and cannot be canceled or modified.

👕 Returns

Because our products are made to order and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • wrong size selected

  • change of mind

  • personal preference

  • ordering the wrong item

Please make sure to review size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

❌ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Include your order number

Once approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

🚚 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • We will investigate with our shipping partner

Refunds or replacements are issued only after confirmation from the carrier or fulfillment provider.

💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • incorrect size selection

  • normal wear and tear

  • minor differences in color due to screen settings

  • delays caused by customs or incorrect shipping information
